ArchiCAD Sales Manager
As an ArchiCAD Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for our ArchiCAD software solution. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for engaging with potential customers. You will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture industry, including architects, designers, and project managers. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the architecture industry.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for ArchiCAD software in the South East Asia region;
- Identify and target potential clients, conduct sales presentations and negotiations, and close deals;
- Provide technical support to clients, including software installation, training, and troubleshooting;
- Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development;
- Collaborate with the ArchiCAD sales partner to provide feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement;
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote ArchiCAD software and network with potential clients.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, or a related field;
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the architecture or construction industry;
- Strong understanding of ArchiCAD software and its applications;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
