Technical Specialist Architecture
As a Technical Specialist Architecture, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers in the architecture industry. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our software solutions by demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of industry standards, practices, and technologies. Additionally, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing department to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market share.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in the architecture industry, including knowledge of software, hardware, and best practices.
- Promote and sell our software solutions to architecture firms and professionals.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market share.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the architecture industry.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ArchiCAD software and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in technical support, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational and time management skills.
