Technical Specialist Architecture
As a Technical Specialist Architecture, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients in the architecture industry. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our software solutions by demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of industry standards, practices, and technologies. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies for expanding our market share.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients, including software installation, training, and troubleshooting;
- Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to clients;
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients;
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and assist with sales presentations;
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and experiences;
- Stay up-to-date with ArchiCAD software updates, features, and developments;
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of ArchiCAD software and its applications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the architecture or construction industry;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
