Technical Specialist for Infrastructure

As Technical Specialist for Infrastructure you will be providing technical product support and training for customers and prospects. You’ll work on pilot projects and exchange ideas with BIM enthusiasts across the industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate and exchange knowledge and expertise with Allplan development department at GSI Group;
Provide technical product support and training for customers and prospects in software usage and broader implementation into the design workflows;
Assisting Sales team on technical consult and presentation to prospects;
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (FAQs), how to guides and videos and promotes documentations/videos;
Prepare specialized Allplan training programs/course/documents (webinar, videos, etc.) and conduct the presentation to customers/external parties;
Provide technical support for software development team;
Assist in infrastructure project design.

Experience, Knowledge & Competencies

Bachelor/ Master's degree in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering, or related field;
At least 5 years’ experience in infrastructure design of local projects (SE-Asia);
Having experience on BIM and its standards;
Experience in Allplan is a plus;
Experience in other drafting / BIM software is a plus;
A customer-centric attitude;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills in English and any of the following languages: Vietnamese, Thai, Cantonese, Filipino;
Being enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to travel nationally to visit potential/existing customers;
Located in any of the following: Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Hongkong, Manila.
