Technical Sales Engineer
As a Technical Sales Engineers, you will work closely with sales team to assist on technical supporting and consulting; and you will be representative for the company to present the product and consult the user/ customer.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for software products and services to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential clients;
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends, and leverage this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities;
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Solibri to a range of potential clients, including C-level executives and technical stakeholders;
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory;
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met;
- Provide after-sales support and handle complaints or objections in a professional manner;
- Provide technical product support and training for customers and prospects in Solibri and broader implementation into the design workflows;
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (FAQs), how to guides and videos and promotes documentations/videos;
- Prepare specialized Solibri training programs/course/documents (webinar, videos, etc.) and conduct the presentation to customers/external parties;
- Assist in infrastructure project design.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
- Bachelor/ Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field;
- At least 3 years’ experience in BIM collaboration and BIM Management in Solibri;
- Having experience on BIM and its standards;
- Experience in other drafting / BIM software is a plus;
- A customer-centric attitude;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Structured working manor, good analytical skills, and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skill;
- Excellent knowledge of software and technology products and trends;
- Ability to define, organize and prioritize tasks independently;
- Being enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to travel nationally to visit potential/existing customers;
- Good English: speaking, reading.
