Sales Executive
As Sales Executive at GSI you identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with potential clients & partners, and present software solutions to meet business needs, driving revenue growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential new clients and target markets, leveraging tools, databases, and industry events.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in target businesses through networking, meetings, and industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value of the software solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software products, competitors, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets set by the organization.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product development and improvement.
- Negotiations: Work with potential clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, and technical specialist teams to ensure alignment and seamless client onboarding.
- Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to improve sales skills and stay updated with industry advancements.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales, preferred software sales
- Background in construction or engineering is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extrovert motivated and proactive in approaching clients, undertaking phone calls
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to understand and convey technical informatio
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Language: English (B2)
