Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the projects by providing leadership, direction and development to the team.

Coordinate internal source and third parties /vendor for the flawless execution of projects;
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stake holders and ensuring technical feasibility;
Develops detailed work breakdown schedules, project estimates and resource plans to monitor and track progress;
Oversea the cross functional project teams executing;
Manage all changes of project scope, project schedule, and project cost;
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques such as Jira, Git, …;
Directly coordinate the development of requests for information, working with appropriate stakeholders to provide inputs;
Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional stake holders to meet overall expectation of Client and company’s objectives;
Having meeting with PO/Clients to clarify specific requirements of each project and acting as communication line between PO/Client and development team;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Reporting directly to the BOD.

A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering, Information Technology, or other related field (non-degree level qualifications will be considered if software development experience is demonstrated);
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
Having experience of BIM and its standards;
05-year experience in structural design management; At least 02 years of experiences as BIM leader position;
Strong understanding of unit testing systems/framework, CI/CD pipeline;
Experience in using 2D/3D drafting softwares such as Allplan, AutoCad, Revit and/or Tekla;
Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitask skills;
Strong leadership skill; Excellence in Negotiation;
Strong problem-solving skills; Cost Control; Technical and Analytical skills;
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
