Education Partnership Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Education Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with educational institutions, non-profits, and other partners to promote and expand our educational initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and sustain long-term partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with educational institutions, demonstrating understanding and respect for academic environments;
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to academic audiences and negotiate partnership agreements;
- Strategic Thinking and Planning Abilities: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities in the education sector that align with company goals and expand market presence;
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
- Educational Program Development: Experience in developing and managing educational programs, including curriculum development, training, and certification, preferably within the civil engineering and architecture sectors'
- Good English skills.
