QC Manager
As the QC Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of quality control processes for our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards in the AEC industry. You will manage a team of quality control specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records and documentation related to quality control processes and outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of software development processes, as well as experience in quality assurance methodologies specific to the AEC industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a quality control process for software development projects;
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software products and projects;
- Manage a team of quality control analysts to ensure that software products and projects meet quality standards;
- Develop and maintain quality control standards and procedures;
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality control issues;
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting quality control metrics;
- Ensure that software products and projects meet client requirements and industry standards.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in software development in the AEC industry;
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures;
- Experience managing a team of quality control analysts;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies;
- Ability to define, organize and prioritize tasks independently;
- Strong problem-solving skill;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
