Marketing Manager
The role of a Marketing Manager is crucial in the development, implementation, and management of the online marketing strategy for an organization or business. The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and promoting the effectiveness of online marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, brand recognition, and increase sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and development of digital marketing strategies covering all disciplines including Social Media, SEO/SEM/PPC, Website, Mobile, Content, ensuring digital objectives are met and integrated with overall marketing strategy
- Design and implementing marketing plan for each period. Monitor and tracking Marketing budget.
- Capable of managing vendor in crating digital assets, copy, and uploading/publishing content.
- Manage multiple social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Zalo).
- Maintains the GSI Group's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in digital assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Meeting with Potential digital media partners (and also for maintaining a good relationship with them); and also communicate and manage the local agencies to implement digital strategy, in order to allocating digital marketing in effective media.
- Lead generation through both traditional media buying and content creation.
- Liaise with relating departments to establish requirements for marketing campaigns and manage programs.
- Continuously search for new opportunities, monitor the market trends, and propose the ideas to grow the digital / online business for company.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
- BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, Google Marketing tools (Ads, Analytics, Tag manager, Data Studio), SEO and website management;
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in the AEC industry is a Plus;
- Excellent organizational, time management, presentation, and communication skills;
- Resourceful, motivated, independent, and takes the initiative to fulfil tasks;
- Strong leadership skills;
- A Customer-Centric and Can-Do attitude;
- Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills (spoken and written).
